For flat light or low visibility, you should go for a high-contrast tint. Dirty Dog recommends lenses in colours like Yellow (CAT.1), Orange, or Rose. These tints increase the contrast, helping you to pick up subtle contours and bumps in the snow that you might miss with a darker lens.
